By using this website or ordering from Señor Fish you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Online ordering
Orders are placed through our ordering platform at senorfish.onlineordering.io, provided by Pontún. Menu items, availability and hours may change. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, and will refund any amount charged.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Card payments are processed by Clover and Valor Pay. Prices shown at checkout include all mandatory fees; taxes and any optional tip are shown before you pay.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup orders are ready at the location you choose; please bring your order name or number. Delivery is offered through Pontún and through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed on a third-party delivery app are governed by that company’s terms, fees and policies.
Refunds, cancellations and returns
Because food is prepared to order, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, tell the restaurant the same day you receive it by calling (323) 257-7167 or emailing senorfish@vanirbm.com, and we will work with you to make it right. Issues reported after the same day may not be eligible for a remedy.
Rewards and promotions
Rewards and offers are optional, have no cash value, and may change or end at any time. Promotional emails and texts are sent only if you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information.
Allergens and food safety
Our kitchens handle fish, shellfish, dairy, wheat, soy and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of them. Tell us about any allergy before ordering. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
California Proposition 65 warning
Chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, such as acrylamide, may be present in foods and beverages we offer. For more information go to P65Warnings.ca.gov/restaurant.
Website content and intellectual property
The Señor Fish name, logo, photographs, text and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the website for personal use but may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites and services, including our ordering platform, delivery apps, maps and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website and ordering service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
California consumer notice

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed; continued use after a change means you accept it.
